High Protein Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
Hot Chocolate
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder any brand
- 2 cups unsweetened almond coconut milk
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3 tbsp zero calorie sweetener
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
Vanilla Foam
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened almond coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Hot ChocolateIn a small saucepan, whisk Chocolate Protein Powder, almond coconut milk, water, sweetener, and cocoa powder. Heat in saucepan on medium-low. Remove when warm. Pour into two coffee mugs.
- Vanilla Foam In a separate saucepan, whisk Vanilla Protein Powder, almond coconut milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Heat on medium-low. Pour vanilla foam into a mini-blender and blend for 15 seconds, or until light and airy. Pour on top of each mug, and serve immediately.
