Ingredients
- 130 grams Raw Chicken Breast Boneless, Skinless
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 small Carrots (50g) Chopped
- 4 stalks Celery (70g) Chopped
- 100 grams It's Skinny Pasta
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
Instructions
- Cut up chicken into chunks and brown in a pot. Pour in broth, add chopped up carrots and celery.
- Cook on med heat until liquid slightly reduced and vegetables are soft (approx 15 min). Reduce heat to low.
- Prepare It's Skinny Pasta according to direction on package.
