- 200 grams Chicken Breast Boneless, Skinless
- 2 slices Hayters Smoked Turkey Bacon
- 150 grams Organic Spring Mix
- 1 Cucumber
- 200 grams Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Walden Farms 0 Calorie Dressing Creamy Bacon
Instructions
- Grill Chicken Breast and Turkey Bacon.
- Chop up cucumber and tomatoes, and add to spring mix.
- Slice up chicken and cut up turkey bacon into strips. Top salad with chicken and turkey bacon.
- Add salad dressing and enjoy!We like the Creamy Bacon Dressing, but experiment with your favourites!(Recipe makes 2 servings)
