Ingredients

  • 60 grams Mixed Greens
  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 100 grams Zucchini Ribboned
  • 1 Carrot Chopped
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper Chopped
  • 1 Celery Stalk Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seed
  • 1 tbsp Walden Farms BBQ Sauce
  • 8 slices Roast Beef
  • 3 tbsp Walden Farms Zesty Italian Dressing

Instructions

  • Put salad leaves and coriander in a bowl.
  • Add ribboned zucchini and chopped pepper, carrot, celery and toasted seeds.
  • In a small bowl mix the Walden Farms BBQ Sauce & cooked beef slices.
  • Add the beef slices to bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Drizzle the dressing and serve.
  • To make zucchini ribbons: Trim the ends of the zucchini. Use a vegetable peeler to carefully slice the vegetable lengthways into long, thin ribbons.
